Whole & Empowered Cohort Program 

The Whole & Empowered Cohort Program is a 12-month journey designed to help adults strengthen every area of life financially, professionally, and personally. Through hands-on workshops, coaching, and mentorship, participants gain the tools and confidence to move from surviving to thriving.

This program is part of Harmony CDC’s ongoing mission to strengthen families and revitalize neighborhoods through community-driven, solution-oriented approaches.

We are looking for women ages 18 - 55 who are employed at least part-time and are committed to upgrading their lives across multiple areas and are ready to embrace change. By joining this program, you'll gain personalized guidance, resources, and a supportive community to empower your journey.

Program begins February 2026!
