DALLAS RESIDENTS UPDATE-
If you are a city of Dallas resident please be advised that the City of Dallas is temporarily NOT ACCEPTING NEW APPLICATIONS for rent/utility assistance through the Kinetech system. CLICK HERE to download the official City of Dallas statement.
Per United Way, it is the City of Dallas's expectation that a new application portal will be opened in mid to late June in an effort to expand access to the Rent Relief Program.
CURRENT/EXISTING APPLICANTS UPDATE-
If you have already submitted an application and have received a Notice of Possible Eviction, Notice to Vacate, Court Eviction papers, or a Writ of Possession (meaning they have already been to court and evicted), please have them contact the City of Dallas at the number below to update or start the emergency application process. Callers should be prepared for long wait times due to very high volumes of calls.
