Strenthening Families. Revitalizing Neighborhoods.

The Whole and Empowered Initiative aims to empower individuals and families in underserved communities, providing them with access to resources and opportunities that promote holistic well-being.

Through this holistic approach, the Whole & Empowered initiative enables participants to overcome challenges, build confidence, and secure a brighter future for themselves and their families. The program combines personalized case management, career education, financial literacy, and emotional well-being, ensuring a comprehensive path to sustainable growth.

Alongside our core services, we also provide rental assistance to qualifying participants, helping alleviate financial stress so you can focus on what matters most—your journey to empowerment.

We are accepting a limited number of applications for rental assistance each month. If you meet our criteria, we encourage you to apply and take the first step toward financial stability and personal growth.
